Getting Started
Your journey is supported from the moment you arrive. Here is what to expect in your first days.
π¬ Arrival & Pickup
We meet you at the airport and bring you to the Village. Your accommodation is assigned before you land, so your room is ready when you arrive.
ποΈ Check-In
At reception you sign your accommodation agreement, receive your access card and get an orientation tour of the campus and its facilities.
π§ Orientation
Your buddy and the management team show you where everything is β kitchens, laundry, common areas, transport stops and the reception desk.
Your Room & Facilities
Rooms are modern, clean and climate controlled, with the essentials already in place. Shared facilities are close by and open to all residents.
ποΈ Your Room
Shared rooms with private bathrooms, a bed, furniture, storage, utilities and high-speed WiFi. Keep your access card with you and lock your room when you leave.
π½οΈ Kitchens & Food
Shared kitchens are available for everyday cooking. An on-site canteen offering affordable daily meals may also be available. Please clean up after yourself so kitchens stay ready for the next resident.
π§Ί Laundry
On-site laundry facilities are available for all residents. Follow the posted schedule and remove your items promptly so machines are free for others.

High-speed WiFi covers the residential units and common areas. Ask reception for the network details at check-in.

An on-site shop and everyday services keep daily life simple. Banking and financial services are accessible nearby.

House Rules
A few simple rules keep the Village safe, clean and comfortable for everyone who lives here.
- Quiet hours are observed at night (22:00β07:00). Keep noise low so neighbours can rest.
- Keep common areas clean β clean up in kitchens and shared spaces after use.
- No smoking indoors. Use the designated outdoor areas only.
- Guests must be registered at reception. Overnight guests require prior approval.
- Secure your room and never share your access card.
- Report damage or hazards to reception as soon as you notice them.
- Respect your neighbours β the Village is a community of people from many countries.
Safety & Security
Your safety is managed around the clock. Access to the Village is controlled, CCTV covers the common areas, surroundings are well lit and professional security is on site.
In an emergency, contact the 24/7 support line or the reception desk immediately. Familiarise yourself with the nearest exits and the emergency contact posted in your building.
Everyday Life
The Village is designed around daily life. Public transport, scooters and bicycles are within easy reach. Optional organised transport to and from the workplace can be arranged at the employer's request, for an additional fee.
Optional Romanian language courses, community activities and a buddy program help you settle in and feel part of the community.
Support & Maintenance
A dedicated management team is here to help with accommodation, services and everyday needs. To report a maintenance issue or ask for help, contact reception or the 24/7 support line. Administrative assistance with documents β including tracking of IGI and visa appointments and reminders for renewals β is available for an additional fee.
