Any company that employs international workers in Romania. Accommodation is contracted by the employer, not by individual workers.
You tell us how many workers you need to accommodate, the arrival date and the expected duration. We confirm availability, sign a single contract and prepare the rooms before arrival.
The employer. One contract and one monthly invoice, regardless of how many workers or rooms are involved.
You notify us, we check the worker out, inspect and clean the room and release it for the next arrival. Billing follows the notice period agreed in the contract.
Accommodation is tied to the employment relationship. When employment ends, the right to stay ends as well; we agree a check-out date with you and handle the departure.
Yes, but the accommodation contract stays with the employer. If a worker changes employer, the new employer has to take over the accommodation; otherwise the worker checks out.
The Village sits next to public transport, with bicycles, scooters and ride-hailing available. Dedicated workplace routes and airport transfers can be arranged as an extra service.
Access is controlled and reception is staffed 24/7. The on-site team follows an incident procedure, calls the emergency services when needed and informs your contact person.
Payment terms are set in the contract. Unpaid invoices lead to a formal notice, then to suspension of services and, if unresolved, to termination of the accommodation. We always contact the employer first.
Company and contract details, the list of workers with ID or passport data, and their employment and residence documents. On request we also support IGI/TRC applications and renewals.
A bed, furniture, utilities and WiFi, plus access to shared kitchens, laundry rooms and common areas.
Your employer books the accommodation through the Employer Care Package. Your room and check-in are ready when you arrive.
Yes. Every building has shared kitchens, and the Village has a shop and food options on site.
Public transport stops are close by, and bicycles, scooters and ride-hailing are available. Your employer may also arrange a dedicated route.
Access is controlled, common areas are covered by CCTV and well lit, and reception is staffed 24 hours a day.
Yes, on request. Romanian language classes, IGI/TRC document support and integration support are available as extra services.
